Lead Product Designer

Lead the design vision for Faculty's Life Sciences AI products, working with pharma, biotech and academic partners to solve critical healthcare challenges. You'll own end-to-end design strategy, lead user research to map complex client ecosystems, and collaborate across engineering, product and delivery teams. This role requires 7+ years designing scalable software products (ideally AI/ML-focused), experience or keen interest in Life Sciences, and a portfolio demonstrating your ability to drive clarity from ambiguous briefs.
