Lead Service Designer

Lead the strategic direction of service design at Faculty, a human-centric AI consultancy. You'll direct large-scale user research, craft enterprise-wide service blueprints, and mentor teams to deliver transformative solutions for government and public sector clients. Day-to-day: facilitating stakeholder workshops, evolving journey maps and personas, overseeing prototyping efforts, and collaborating across disciplines to untangle complex organisational challenges.
