Senior Service Designer

You'll lead complex user research, design service blueprints, and facilitate cross-functional workshops to transform enterprise challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions. Day-to-day: mapping intricate user journeys, creating detailed service blueprints, running stakeholder workshops, producing visual artefacts, directing prototyping efforts, and collaborating with government and public sector clients.
