Senior Service Designer

You'll lead service design work across UK government transformation projects, creating service maps, journey maps, and design blueprints while advocating for user-centred approaches. Day-to-day involves running workshops, facilitating design collaboration, interpreting research, and communicating complex concepts to stakeholders. You'll coach junior designers, support hiring, and actively shape design practice within Methods' growing UCD community.

This is a senior role for someone with proven service design experience in government or similar complex environments.
