Senior Service Designer (f/m/d)

Lead Service Designer to shape end-to-end services across Awin's product ecosystem. You'll drive service strategy, map customer journeys, and create blueprints that connect product, operations, and customer teams. Work with Product, Engineering, and Commercial to embed service design thinking organisation-wide. Facilitate workshops, mentor designers, and communicate complex service challenges through journey maps, service blueprints, and ecosystem thinking.
