Service Designer

Join Informed Solutions' User-Centred Design team as a Service Designer working on complex public sector digital transformation projects. You'll plan research, create end-to-end service designs, and collaborate with senior designers, engineers, and delivery teams to solve real-world problems in civil defence, healthcare, and sustainable environment sectors.

You'll work from their Altrincham or Westminster offices on a hybrid basis, contributing to a multi-disciplinary team while mentoring junior colleagues and refining internal best practices.
