You'll design the conversion surfaces where people decide to start treatment at Eucalyptus/Juniper, one of the world's largest weight-management programs. This is high-stakes work: landing pages, BMI calculators, clinical quiz flows, and the moments where people hesitate and leave. You'll take dense medical information and make it clear, credible, and human—translating clinical language for patients at vulnerable moments, using data visualisation and interaction design to communicate detail without overwhelming.
