Principal Product Designer

Linear is looking for a Senior or Staff Product Designer to shape the future of product development tools. You'll work remotely across North America and Europe, paired tightly with engineers on small, autonomous teams — no handoffs. Your days involve prototyping in Figma, spotting opportunities to refine key flows, creating high-fidelity visuals, and guiding fellow designers through critique. You'll also help identify and fix "paper cuts" as you use the product daily.
