Senior UX Designer

Own end-to-end design across B2B and B2B2C product areas in Trainline's Enterprise Solutions team. You'll lead discovery, workshops, and complex problem-solving for rail operators, travel partners, and internal tools. Design scalable experiences for seat maps, fare displays, carrier integrations, and operational workflows. Work closely with Product, Engineering, and external stakeholders to translate requirements into developer-ready specs. Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple workstreams.
