UX Designer, AI App

Own the UX for ActAI's core app across iOS, Android, and web. You'll design end-to-end AI-assisted task flows—from how users capture intent through task completion, progress tracking, and error recovery. Design how the app surfaces AI decision-making, what users need to confirm or adjust, and map all AI states users encounter (loading, thinking, acting, failing, recovering).

You'll work closely with product, engineering, and ML teams, conduct usability research to understand where users lose trust, and produce wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
