Senior Product Designer - Defence

Lead the design of bespoke AI-native solutions for UK Defence clients at Faculty, an AI innovation company. You'll shape complex, intuitive interfaces alongside ML engineers and data scientists from day one, owning wireframes through to shipped products. At senior level, you'll establish design systems, conduct user research, and mentor peers across the organisation.

You'll need proven experience designing AI products, ideally with UK Defence background, and a track record of shipping at scale.
