Lead Product Designer - L6 (AEX)

Lead Product Designer role at Street Group, a fast-growing PropTech company. You'll own the design vision for a product domain, set the craft bar through exemplary work, and mentor designers around you. This is a senior IC position where design drives strategy alongside product and engineering—not the other way around. Day-to-day: translate strategic direction into design work, solve cross-cutting design problems across features and surfaces, mentor through critique and pairing, and think strategically about AI in both your workflow and shipped products.
