Senior Product Designer - L5

Own end-to-end onboarding design for Street.co.uk, a PropTech CRM used by UK estate agents. You'll research real problems, propose solutions to PMs and engineers, and measure impact post-launch. Work spans low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity Figma prototypes, with a modern AI-native workflow using Claude Code for rapid iteration. This is hands-on product design for complex B2B software—you'll jump on user calls, challenge assumptions with evidence, and navigate commercial trade-offs. Requires 5+ years SaaS/product design experience, Figma fluency, and comfort with design systems.
