Staff Product Designer

Lead large-scale design projects across Monzo's banking products, setting vision and raising the bar for design craft. You'll guide strategic decisions in complex problem spaces, mentor designers, and partner with product and engineering leaders to ship high-impact work. This is a senior role for an expert product designer with deep UI/interaction skills and a proven track record of driving customer outcomes.
