Director of Product Design

Lead design strategy and vision for Monzo's Payments business as Director of Product Design. You'll partner with senior Product and Engineering leaders to shape product direction, build and mentor a high-performing design team, and raise the quality bar across the organisation. This is a director-level role requiring extensive experience leading design strategy across complex product areas, building strong cross-functional partnerships, and scaling design influence. You'll work on payments experiences for millions of UK customers, from personal accounts to credit cards and investments.
