Founding Product Designer

Founding Product Designer role at Odin, a fintech infrastructure platform for private markets. You'll shape the visual identity and product direction as we scale toward a major US launch, working across complex, regulation-heavy workflows.

Day-to-day: lead discovery with customers, prototype solutions, raise design craft standards, establish design systems and practices, and collaborate closely with the Head of Product and founders. You'll own end-to-end journeys across both product and brand.
