Principal Product Designer- Payments

Lead the design vision for Teya's payment products as Principal Product Designer. You'll own end-to-end experiences across payment acceptance, reconciliation, and settlement for small businesses across Europe. Shape how merchants accept payments, manage transactions, and ensure compliance in a regulated fintech environment.

You'll work with product, engineering, and research to move from concept through launch, designing intuitive and secure flows that reduce friction. This is strategic work—you'll help define Teya's design language while mentoring a growing design team.
