Staff Product Designer

You'll own end-to-end design for key product areas at this London-based fintech serving small businesses across Europe. This Staff role means full ownership from discovery through to shipped features — turning complex merchant problems into simple, elegant experiences that drive real business impact.

You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data and Operations, influencing strategy as much as execution. One month might be redesigning critical onboarding; the next, shaping features that unlock new value.
