Lead Product Designer

Lead a team of designers at Monzo tackling complex product challenges across native banking apps. You'll define product visions, drive large-scale initiatives, mentor designers, and shape how the team works at scale. This role needs someone with a proven track record delivering customer-centric designs that solve real problems. You'll work with research, product, and engineering in squads, influence design systems, and use AI to level up your workflow. Based in London (hybrid) or UK remote with flexible hours, £90k–£110k plus performance-based awards.
