Principal Product Designer-Onboarding

Lead design for growth across Teya's onboarding, activation, and lifecycle experiences. You'll own strategy for high-impact initiatives spanning web and product, running experiments and translating data insights into solutions. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams on hypothesis-driven work—onboarding flows, pricing, upsells, retention touchpoints. Balance rapid experimentation with scalable design quality. Mentor other designers and shape design maturity org-wide.
