Product Design Manager

You'll lead design strategy across multiple product domains within Tide's Admin Services platform—spanning expense management, accounting, payroll, and company formation. This means owning end-to-end user experiences for a global audience across the UK, India, Germany, and France, working on both greenfield innovations and reimagining existing solutions.

Your day-to-day involves collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to define strategy and vision. You'll champion user research, prototype rapidly with data, and drive discovery that shapes roadmaps.
