Product Design Manager

Lead design strategy and mentor a team of 4–8 product designers across 1–2 product domains at Tide, the fintech serving 2M+ SMEs globally. You'll balance hands-on design work in Figma—owning critical strategic initiatives—with coaching, hiring, and resourcing your team. Partner with product and engineering leads to define OKRs and shape cohesive experiences across 55+ products. The role demands proven design leadership in SaaS or fintech, a player/coach mindset, end-to-end design workflow expertise, and comfort with AI integration. Small business domain knowledge is a plus.
