Senior User Researcher

Lead end-to-end user research for high-impact AI projects in UK government, from discovery through delivery. You'll establish foundational research operations, ethical frameworks, and methodologies for Faculty's Public Services Business Unit. Partner with technical teams and designers to ensure AI solutions meet GDS Service Standard and serve real user needs. Mentor colleagues across the organisation, advocate for user-centric insights at leadership level, and manage research tooling and participant databases.
