Senior UX Designer

Join VML's rapidly expanding CX team as a Senior UX Designer, working on ecommerce and complex digital journeys for world-leading brands like Coca-Cola, Ford, and Nestlé. You'll lead the full UX process—from discovery and research through to high-fidelity prototypes—running workshops, analysing data, and creating wireframes, journey maps, and personas. This is a hands-on role where you'll own project deliverables, present to stakeholders and C-Suite, and collaborate closely with UX Leads, UI designers, and developers.
