Senior User Research Manager

Lead research strategy across Core Banking at Monzo, managing 6-8 researchers while shaping how millions of customers interact with personal banking products. You'll partner with product, design, and engineering leaders to influence company strategy, synthesise qualitative and quantitative insights into strategic narratives, and develop exceptional research leaders. This role combines people leadership with strategic research influence across multiple product areas including current accounts, savings, investments, and credit cards.
