Senior UX Designer

You'll own end-to-end design for key product workstreams at this fast-growing fintech, driving features from problem definition through to scaled rollout. Day-to-day you're prototyping in Figma and Protopie, conducting user research with Dovetail, iterating based on conversion metrics, and collaborating closely with product managers and engineers. You'll solve complex financial UX challenges—balancing usability with business goals—while contributing to and leveraging the design system.
