Staff Product Designer, Business Banking

Staff product designer role leading design strategy across Monzo's Business Banking product, which serves 800,000+ UK businesses. You'll own end-to-end design projects in complex problem spaces, manage a small team of designers, and set the bar for craft quality across the organisation. This is a player-coach position balancing hands-on design work with people leadership and mentorship. You'll partner with product, engineering, research and data to shape product direction and drive customer outcomes.
