Lead the design vision at Motorway, the UK's fastest-growing used car marketplace. You'll own complex product challenges across discovery to delivery, mentor designers, and pioneer how the team integrates AI thoughtfully into workflows. This is hands-on leadership—you'll ship high-fidelity designs for mobile and web, collaborate closely with engineering and product, and scale design culture across the team.

You'll need proven experience as a Senior or Lead Product Designer with a track record shipping digital products.
