UX Designer

You'll lead end-to-end UX design for Right Formula's new SaaS platform in sports marketing. This is a founding role where you'll own the user experience across digital platforms, build and evolve the design system, run user research, and work closely with product, engineering, and client-facing teams in an agile environment.

You're entrepreneurial, thrive in ambiguity, and move quickly without sacrificing quality. Essential skills: Figma (components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping), Miro, design systems, IA, interaction design, and prototyping at varying fidelities.
