Staff User Researcher, Wealth

Lead user research for Monzo's Wealth products, shaping how millions of people navigate savings, investments, and pensions. You'll run complex mixed-methods research projects, mentor a high-performing team, and directly influence product strategy and commercial outcomes. This is a hybrid staff-level role requiring deep expertise in financial services research, strong line management skills, and the ability to pioneer new research approaches. You'll work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering to answer Monzo's biggest research questions.
