Head of UX Design

Lead design for Trainline's expansion beyond rail into hotels, car hire, insurance and advertising. You'll shape the UX strategy and vision for these new verticals while managing a growing design team. This is a player-coach role — you'll set the direction and craft standards while staying hands-on with prototyping, testing and execution. You'll establish a fast experimentation culture, integrate AI into design practice, and ensure new propositions feel like one coherent Trainline experience.
