Lead Product Designer at Street Group, a fast-growing PropTech company. You'll own the design vision and execution for a product domain, setting the craft bar through your own work and mentoring designers around you. This is a predominantly individual contributor role that's strategic—you'll drive roadmap conversations alongside product and engineering, not respond to briefs. You'll translate strategic direction into cross-cutting design problems, own domain coherence, and think strategically about AI in both your workflow and shipped features.
