Product Design Manager (m/f/d)

You'll lead a design team at Awin, a global performance marketing platform, reporting directly to the Head of UX. This is a management role focused on building design capability across the organisation — you'll hire designers, mentor them, drive process improvements, and advocate for user-centric practices that influence how the whole company approaches design.
