Senior UX Research Manager

Own and scale a high-impact UX research function reporting to the Research Director with a direct seat at the executive table. You'll manage a team of 6–8 researchers across qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods disciplines while remaining hands-on — conducting research, reviewing methodology, and mentoring craft. Lead research strategy across sports betting, gaming, and payments verticals; translate business challenges into confident executive decisions; and champion AI-driven research workflows.
