Senior UX Researcher (f/m/d)

Lead strategic and tactical UX research across Awin's platform, driving product decisions through evidence-based insights. You'll own end-to-end research projects—from problem definition through synthesis and stakeholder alignment—using qualitative and quantitative methods like usability testing, interviews, surveys, and behavioural analysis. Partner closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and customer-facing teams to identify high-value research opportunities and translate complex findings into actionable recommendations that influence product strategy.
