Senior Quantitative UX Researcher

Lead quantitative UX research for Trustpilot's product areas, owning the research roadmap and setting statistical standards across the team. You'll design large-scale surveys, build measurement frameworks for review-reading and purchase-decision journeys, and conduct advanced behavioural analytics using Python, R, or SQL. Partner with Data Science to pioneer AI-assisted analysis techniques while coaching other researchers on quantitative methods. This senior role requires 4+ years UX research experience with strong survey methodology, statistical grounding, and hands-on proficiency in code.
