Lead Product Designer

Lead the design of Maia, an AI data automation platform helping teams build and manage data pipelines. You'll shape how humans collaborate with AI to solve complex technical problems, balancing innovation with craft. This is a full-stack, end-to-end role — you own strategy through delivery, lead complex product initiatives, and set design standards across squads. You'll operate in ambiguous spaces, create alignment, and influence product decisions. Based in Manchester but fully remote. Requires proven experience designing sophisticated technical products, likely 5+ years.
