Founding Product Designer

Founding Product Designer at Odin, a fintech infrastructure platform for private markets. You'll lead design across product and brand, working with founders and Head of Product to elevate customer experience ahead of a US launch. The role spans complex, regulation-heavy workflows—turning dense interfaces into intuitive experiences. You'll own complete customer journeys, lead discovery and research, establish design systems and practices, and maintain high craft standards as the team scales.
