Senior Product Designer

Lead design for Paddle's Core Experience team, owning foundational seller experiences like sign-up, onboarding, and cross-product connective tissue. You'll drive the design system vision, set interaction patterns and UI principles across the platform, and shape how AI integrates into products. This role balances hands-on execution (Figma prototyping, component design, detailed UI craft) with systems thinking and cross-team influence. Work with Product, Engineering, and stakeholders on high-scale B2B payments infrastructure serving 5000+ software sellers.
