Product Designer

Product Designer at Right Formula, a sports marketing agency launching a SaaS platform. You'll lead end-to-end UX design for web products already in market, build and evolve the design system, run user research, and work closely with product, engineering, and client success teams in an agile environment.

You'll own the full design process—from discovery through production-ready interfaces—and help shape design culture from the ground up. This is a founding role for someone entrepreneurial who thrives in ambiguity and moves fast without cutting corners.
