Principal Product Designer

Lead the design vision for Xapien's AI-driven due diligence platform as Principal Product Designer. You'll own design strategy, drive AI explainability patterns, evolve the design system, and mentor the team. This is the most senior individual-contributor design role, partnering closely with Product and Engineering to shape how complex AI findings become trustworthy, clear experiences. You'll design for high-stakes decisions where users need to understand not just what the system concluded, but why.
