Product Designer (Core Product)

You'll be Kernel's first Product Designer — a foundational hire owning end-to-end core product UX for an AI-powered RevOps platform used by teams at Navan, Gong, and Mistral.

Your mission: simplify complexity. You'll run discovery independently, lead user interviews, prototype quickly in Figma or v0, and ship tight iterations with engineering. You'll own flows, information architecture, interaction design, and visual craft while building lightweight design foundations and patterns — fast, without slowing the team.
