Lead Product Designer

You'll be the senior design voice at Fyxer, an AI-powered productivity platform in London. Working remotely and reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you'll shape how the company thinks about human behaviour and product decisions. Day-to-day: interaction design for complex AI experiences (live transcription, personalised drafts, cross-surface workflows), user research, close collaboration with a PM and engineering team, and building design systems that work with AI-assisted development. You'll use Figma, ShadCN, Tailwind, and PostHog.
