UX Researcher (m/f/d)

Join Awin's UX research team to drive product decisions through insight-led thinking. You'll run user studies, analyse qualitative and quantitative data, and collaborate closely with designers and product managers to shape experiences. This hands-on role involves designing research methods, conducting interviews and usability testing, and communicating findings clearly to stakeholders. You'll also contribute to research ops and best practices. Ideal for someone with 2-3 years of UX research experience who's ready to own projects end-to-end. On-site in London.
