Lead Product Designer - Product & Experience

Lead the design of user-centric digital products for financial services and energy clients. You'll facilitate discovery workshops, create wireframes and prototypes in Figma, design AI-enhanced interactions, and build scalable design systems. Work across complex transformation programmes, collaborating with data scientists and engineers in agile teams. Requires proven end-to-end product design experience (UX and UI), strong research and communication skills, and curiosity about AI in product design.
