Design Lead (UX/UI)

As Design Lead, you'll own all design across Happl—product UX/UI, website, branding, socials, and campaigns. You're the first designer on the team, so this is high-ownership work shaping how the employee benefits platform looks and feels. You'll prototype fast using modern tools and AI, collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, and maintain design systems. You need 4+ years across UX/UI and brand work, strong craft and taste, shipped work in your portfolio, and a bias toward shipping over perfection. Remote permanent role.
