You'll manage a design team, craft wireframes and prototypes, oversee implementation in Unreal Engine, and champion scalable design systems. Work closely with Art and Design Directors, use player data to iterate constantly, and mentor both internal and external designers. You need shipped mobile titles under your belt, deep live-ops expertise, and mastery of design systems. 2 days/week in London office, hybrid working.
