Lead Product Designer

Lead Product Designer at Motorway, the UK's largest online car-selling platform. You'll own complex product challenges across the full lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, working on web and mobile applications. This is a leadership role where you'll mentor designers, shape team culture, and pioneer how AI integrates into design workflows. You'll need proven experience as a Senior or Lead Product Designer, a builder's mindset (ideally with coding experience), strong commercial awareness, and expertise in Figma and prototyping tools. B2C/B2B marketplace experience is a bonus.
