Senior UX/UI Designer (CRO)

Senior UI designer role within VML's rapidly expanding CX team in London. You'll design pixel-perfect responsive interfaces for major consumer brands, working across design systems, eCommerce, and conversion-led design. Day-to-day: creating digital brand identity, designing for transactional websites, collaborating with UX leads, service designers, and developers. You'll need 5+ years experience, proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite, proven eCommerce portfolio, and strong understanding of accessibility and user-centred design. Design tokens and animation experience a bonus.
