Lead Product Designer (Connectivity)

Lead a small design team at Deel building the connectivity layer that powers integrations, APIs, developer ecosystems, and AI-driven experiences. You'll split time between strategic vision (~30%), hands-on design across complex B2B and developer platforms (~40%), and team leadership (~30%). This role demands deep expertise in API/developer products, platform ecosystems, and enterprise design—plus genuine curiosity about AI-powered experiences. You'll work with technical constraints, multi-sided stakeholders, and move fast without waiting for perfect clarity. Fully remote, permanent role.
